Tracking Your Order

Incorrect Shipping Information

Maison Amara is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer (such as missing apartment/unit numbers or wrong postal codes).
If a package is returned due to incorrect details, we may request an additional shipping fee to resend it.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, we will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue.

  • If confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.

  • Please note: if a package is marked delivered by the courier, Maison Amara cannot be held responsible for theft or loss after delivery.

Returns Due to Delivery Issues

Orders returned to us as “unclaimed” or “refused” will not be eligible for a refund.
We may arrange reshipment once correct details are provided (shipping fees may apply).
